Don’t Worry, Jessie Colter… You Can Swim with Us Any Time!
Jessie Colter, both a fan and staff favorite over here in the Manhattan office of Lucas Entertainment, was reportedly tossed out of a Kentucky water park last week because of his oh-so-revealing (not to mention arousing) swim briefs.
The story as it’s been discussed thus far goes something like this: Jessie paid a visit to the Kentucky Kingdom water park (presumably while either visiting or living for a time in his home state), but the staff didn’t take too kindly to his choice of swimwear. As Jessie recalls the events, he was called a “queer” by a LMPD police officer before an arrest threat was made.
According to Dennis Dong, a news and gossip writer over at Queer Fever, Jessie Colter made the following statement: “He [the LMPD police officer in question] informed me that several Public Safety Officers from the park had warned [me], which is 100% false.”

A visit to the Kentucky Kingdom website offers you an overview of the park’s guidelines and regulations, which are, as with all things touted as “family-friendly,” vague, subjective, and arbitrary.
Because he’s a smart dude, Jessie Colter didn’t push the issue on the spot: he voluntarily left when the situation started to heat up. It’s currently unclear if Jessie is going to take any action for what happened, and as far as I know Kentucky Kingdom has yet to release a statement about the occurrence.
But fuck the theme parks, Jessie. Well, fuck them metaphorically and come fuck literally with us again. Besides, I’m sure another visit to Fire Island will only earn you lusty admiration, not homophobic resentment.
