Images

• In your profile photo, you will not post any image or material depicting any sexual act with any object or life form.
• You may show your dick hard or soft, but you may not upload any images where you are touching your cock or balls, unless your hands are obscuring them completely.
• You may not show any person’s image, in part or whole, who is under the age of 18.
• Specifically, the following images are unacceptable as profile images:

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Lucas Entertainment, Inc., its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties (e.g. relevant advertisers, syndication partners, licensers, licensees, consultants and contractors) (collectively “Indemnified Person(s)”) harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liability, loss, and expense (including damage awards, settlement amounts, and reasonable legal fees), brought against any Indemnified Person(s), arising out of, related to or which may arise from your use of the the site(s), and/or your breach of any term of this Agreement.

Violation of Terms
