Are there any restrictions on where you ship to?

We cannot ship any of our products to the following destinations:

Florida (We can ship statewide, EXCEPT for Jacksonville and Tallahassee, which are restricted)

Mississippi – completely restricted

North Carolina – completely restricted

Ohio (We can ship statewide, EXCEPT for Cincinnati, which is restricted)

Puerto Rico – completely restricted

Tennessee – completely restricted

Texas (We can ship to Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Corpus Christi, El Paso and Austin)

Utah – completely restricted

Virgin Islands – completely restricted

We ship our products in neutral wrapping. A few countries outside the United States still have overzealous customs agents. It’s very unlikely but theoretically possible that your international order will be subject to customs seizure. Delivery shall be deemed complete and Lucas Entertainment’s responsibility shall end upon the placement of items ordered, together with all necessary documentation, in the hands of the shipping representative, for delivery to Customer, or for delivery to such addressee as Customer may designate.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We now offer real-time postage calculations from UPS and the U.S. Postal Service which are based on weight and destination, whether domestic or international. To find out the shipping cost for the items you’d like to order, simply add them to your shopping cart and click the “View Cart” button. The shipping amounts will appear within seconds.

How do you ship my order?

Our products are shipped in discreet, generic packages with a corporate return address.

I’m outside the United States. Can I use my overseas credit card for ordering?

Yes, you can.

Can I order a video in PAL format?

Our DVDs are produced in NTSC format, using “multi-regional” or “no region” encoding, and they should be playable on DVD players worldwide. You might double check your DVD player’s manual to see what types of disks are playable on your machine.

How do I know if your DVDs will play in my machine or computer?

Lucas Entertainment produces DVD primarily in the DVD9 format which is compatible with most all consumer DVD players and computer DVD drives built after 2000. Player built prior to this date may not play back correctly or at all and you may have to upgrade your player. All our DVDs are manufactured using a standard format allowing worldwide playback. There is no geographical coding used. Please check with the manufacturer of your player for more information. For best quality viewing use a progressive scan player.

Do you sell your mail or email lists?

No, we value our customers’ privacy, which is why we NEVER sell our list or give out ANY information about you.

Why are the online sales prices sometimes not the same as the mail order sales prices?

As a website customer who is also on our postal mail list, you get the best of both worlds in terms of our promotional sales. Our customers may take advantage of online sales simply by placing their order online or, if they’ve received a better offer from us in the mail, they can insert the promotional code of sale in the appropriate box, and the prices will automatically adjust throughout the site.

What is your return policy?
