What plugins are required to watch videos?
Our videos require either the Windows Media or Quicktime Plugin, both of which are available for free - and can be obtained by following the 2 links below:
Scroll down to "Hide protected operating system files" and make sure the box on the left is unchecked (if it is checked, click on the box with the check mark to uncheck this option.)
STEP TWO:
Go to My Computer
Double left click on the (C:\) drive icon
Double left click on "Documents and Settings"
Double left click on "All Users"
Single left click on the "DRM" folder, to highlight it, then
Single left click "Delete this folder" in the menu on the left (OR single right click on the DRM folder, then single left click on "Delete". The files you need will rebuild themselves once you download another movie in Windows Media Player format.
