I love how the customer service on this site is so great…. NOT! I put in a help ticket weeks ago and haven’t gotten a response. Good porn but shitty customer service. I WON’T be renewing my subscription to this site again!

There are a lot of scenes and some whole movies that I’m not able to watch in HD and that’s been going on for awhile. I’m not interested in continuing to pay for this if it can’t be fixed. What do I do and who do I contact?
